Responsible for managing the guest experience from booking to departure by anticipating needs and paying special attention to details. Responsibilities include assisting guests with local area attractions, special requests. deliveries, etc. to insure overall guest satisfaction. Duties also include staging each unit for arrivals and assisting front desk as needed. 

-High school diploma or equivalent, preferred 

-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 

-Must possess basic computer skills to include Microsoft Office 

-Excellent oral and written communication skills, required 

-Excellent hospitality skills required 

-Must possess a valid Alabama driver license and have an acceptable driving record 

-Ability to walk/stand for entire shift as needed.
