Milieu Manager

The Milieu Manager provides a program of therapeutic recreational and expressive therapy services to patients, serves as a member of the interdisciplinary treatment team, and supports the facility's treatment program and philosophy. This position is exempt and works with leadership to manage and supervise the MHS staff.
Job Requirements
This position requires a Bachelors degree in psychology plus four (4) years' experience in a mental health or residential facility setting.
In lieu of that requirement, candidates possessing the following may be considered:
Management and/or supervisory experience is highly preferred.

- A Bachelors degree in an unrelated field plus six (6) years' experience in a mental health or residential facility setting; or
- A Masters degree in psychology or a related field plus two (2) years' experience in a mental health or residential facility setting; or
- A High School Diploma plus eight (8) years experience in a mental health or residential facility setting.
Management and/or supervisory experience is highly preferred.
