Summary of Job Duties
Reporting directly to the Director of Training, Corporate Development and Academic Outreach, the Program Coordinator duties for this position are related to program development, planning, administration, marketing, implementation, evaluation, networking and communication.
Regular, reliable and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.

- The formal education equivalent of a bachelor’s degree with a major in sociology, public administration, or related field
- At least two years of experience in program administration or related area

- Master’s degree from an accredited institution of higher education
- Experience with non-credit programming
- Experience working with business and industry
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs)
- Knowledge of the organization and administration of various higher education credit and non-credit programs
- Knowledge of campus and community resources
- Knowledge of state, federal, and campus rules, regulations, and requirements related to credit and non-credit programs
- Ability to coordinate programs
- Ability to evaluate information and formulate into recommendations and/or programming
- Ability to compile reports
