Summary of Job Duties
The Recruiter’s primary responsibility is to educate prospective students and families about the University of Arkansas and its online programs. This position will be responsible for planning and implementing effective recruitment strategies utilizing best practices, market research and ongoing data analysis. Frequent travel is required, primarily day trips, but overnights trips, including some weekends, will occur.
Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.
